「127小時」南非版 男卡懸崖截腿救出

2010年的好萊塢電影「127小時」（127 Hours），描述美國登山家洛斯頓（Aron Ralston）在攀登大峽谷時落石壓住右手受困五天，不得已只好斷肘求生，這樣的案例在南非也發生類似情況。

26歲的南非登山客雷斯洛（Tsenolo Rasello），在約翰尼斯堡山區登山時，為躲避毒蛇滑下懸崖，右腳被卡在巨石之間無法脫身，在岩縫裡被困近50小時之後，把卡住的大腿截肢才脫險。

雷斯洛受困時撥手機向外界求助，救援人員趕到後，由於潤滑劑、拉腿與破壞石頭等方式都無用，他主動要求截肢脫離險境。在急救人員與麻醉師的幫助下，一名外科醫生幫雷斯洛注射鎮靜劑，把他右腿截肢，一共有7架直升機和100多名人員參與救援，目前雷斯洛情況穩定。
