送酒醉女同事返家　搖身變狼扯內褲性侵

高雄1名陳姓女子（27歲）和劉姓男子（28歲）在同家公司上班，上月公司同事生日，邀請包括陳女和劉男等5人一起慶生，席間大家喝酒聊天，陳女喝醉，劉男表示要順路送陳女回家，不料到陳女住處後，眼見陳女酒醉好欺，直接伸手進陳女裙子扯掉內褲，雖然陳女反抗，但因喝醉無力反抗，遭性侵得逞。

陳女事後怒告劉男性侵，警方日前傳喚劉男到案說明，他否認性侵，辯稱是陳女先主動脫他衣服，酒後向他求歡，他才脫掉陳女內褲，2人是你情我願。雙方各說告話，警方訊後仍依妨害性自主罪嫌法辦劉男。（地方中心／高雄報導）
