金正恩久未露面 傳罹患痛風

（中央社記者姜遠珍首爾2014年9月26日專電）北韓最高領導人金正恩自本月3日觀看牡丹峰樂團新作音樂會後未再公開亮相，連25日舉行的北韓最高人民會議都缺席，有傳言指出他是罹患痛風、行動不便。

南韓「聯合新聞通訊社」今天引述熟悉北韓消息人士透露，金正恩患有痛風，行動不便，此外，他還罹患高血脂症、肥胖、高血壓和糖尿病等。

南韓統一部發言人朴秀珍今天在記者會表示，南韓正關注多種可能性，包括金正恩個人的健康情況。由於北韓未公開金正恩缺席最高人民會議的理由，因此，南韓也不便評論或證實個別的消息。

金正恩今年7月8日在參加金日成逝世20週年中央追悼大會時跛腳登場，之後到9月初的這段期間，他多次視察部隊和工廠，積極進行公開活動，8月底在北韓中央電視台播出的節目中，也出現金正恩左腳行動不便的鏡頭。因此，有分析指出，金正恩沒有管理好自己的健康，活動過度導致病情加劇。
