警方：城隍爺面前行凶 天理不容

新竹城隍廟27日晚間發生情殺血案，警方目前已完成現場證人模擬，並拆除封鎖線讓攤商清理現場。

警方與消防局表示，這起凶殺案，除涉嫌行凶的呂嫌外，還有被害的陳女、邱男，以及一名見義勇為制伏凶嫌、目前就讀中山碩士生蔡姓同學。

新竹市警察局於凌晨2時於城隍廟前進行證人模擬，重現現場情況，證人之一的李姓小吃業者表示，剛開始就聽到有人大聲尖叫，後來就看到有人滿身是血拿著刀，現場的客人到處逃命，後來有幾位民眾朝凶嫌丟椅子，一陣猛打後才將他制伏，好恐怖。

員警完成模擬後已拆除現場封鎖線，也隨時與台大醫院新竹分院聯絡，依凶嫌復原情況進行訊問。

其中一名辦案員警表示，平常遇到辦案不順都會來祈求城隍爺指引，今天呂嫌選擇在城隍爺面前行凶真的是天理不容。
