標題[問題] 中華常常打不通

自從上個月換大省之後，中華打特定幾個電話都打不通 例如某數字網登入需要先打他的電話解鎖或是某些朋友的手機，連續打好幾天 打過去都會有DO DO DO (三次音效 音階不同 音調越來越高) 三次一個循環一 直重複，我不太會形容是怎一的聲音，有點像是三用電表測是否正常的時候那 種聲音，請問為甚麼會這樣，跟我安裝WHOSCALL有關係嗎 ? 因為打不通的幾乎都是會顯示資訊的電話... 也檢查過沒有被封鎖 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 61.223.25.77 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/MobileComm/M.1399352350.A.8CC.html
