我買了一個歌林光觸媒捕蚊燈，使用了6天完全捕不到半隻蚊子，放陰暗角落, 高於150CM，放綿羊油，好不容易捕到果蠅，竟然還可以活生生飛出來! 要捕的蚊子卻沒半隻，我真的質疑它的功用。要求廠商退貨
(因為是產品的問題)，卻推來推去，沒有人要負責! 請問大大有什麼方法嗎?
