久坐常伸懶腰 可放鬆肩頸

久坐毛病多,國泰醫院物理治療師簡文仁表示,民眾可利用電腦正在下載文件的幾分鐘時間,做伸懶腰動作,雙手舉高往後、肩膀及胸部向後伸展,之後再把身體、腹部整個向內縮緊,一伸一縮有助身體肌肉放鬆、調整姿勢。

此外,建議上班要久坐的民眾,每隔30分鐘到一小時,應起身走動5到10分鐘,或利用中午吃飽後休息時間,起身走動或爬樓梯,可避免脂肪堆積腹部。
