尋人高手蔡淑女　母親的心助尋兒

新北市海山分局戶口組巡佐蔡淑女，設身處地為失散多年的親人著想，多年來幫助許多失散的家庭團圓，這次竟跨國幫助原名何劉明烽的台裔芬蘭籍男子柯尼（Conny Wiik、33歲）找到柯尼的生母何劉淑真。
 
蔡淑女表示，其實關鍵在一張照片，透過柯尼提供的照片，看著背著小柯尼的女子臉上有痣的特徵，以及柯尼所提供的資料，循線往上追查。最後追查到桃園的女子何劉淑真。
 
但何劉女士一開始其實很排斥相認，怕因為當年經濟壓力而讓兒子認為她沒有盡到母親責任，但經過同為母親的蔡淑女勸說，既然找到了，知道兒子健康平安是一件很開心的事，母親期盼見到自己孩子的心是很強烈的，那怕是再問一句「呷無飽、穿有暖嗎？」，才讓何劉女士心軟，最後採集DNA成功比對後認親團圓。（何柏均／新北報導）
