不景氣+抗議多 庇護工場買氣差

為幫庇護工場行銷，市長郝龍斌昨天化身為糕餅師傅，和庇護工場的志工、員工一塊製作牛軋糖餅乾。郝龍斌表示，市府願對庇護工場的所有產品背書，希望大家多採購，一起來幫助庇工護工場的小天使們。

勞動局表示，北市共有42家庇護工場，其中有12家業者都針對母親節推出優惠禮盒，其中像喜樂工作坊、捷運善導寺庇護工場都推出耳掛咖啡組、小貝殼工作坊則有精油皂禮盒，心路洗衣坊、糕菲庇護工場等則有蛋捲禮盒，喜憨兒烘焙屋更推出蛋糕買一送一的優惠。

或許是近來學運、反核抗爭運動一波波，再加上經濟不景氣，庇護工場今年母親節禮盒、蛋糕的訂單下滑不少，像北歐先生手工甜點專賣店的訂單就下滑2成，喜憨兒烘焙屋的門市訂單，一天也僅有10幾個，僅能靠企業團購苦撐。

台北勝利餐飲事業部營運總監蕭泓齊表示，最近社運活動多，不少民眾根本沒心情買蛋糕、禮盒慶祝母親節，再加上原物料上漲，售價也跟著提升，買氣自然受到影響。
