《產業》廣慈博愛園區地上權招標，底價上看百億元

【時報-台北電】繼信義計畫區A25地上權案招標連續失利之後，台北市政府財政局再接再勵，被視為台北市「四大天王」地上權開發案之一的廣慈博愛園區地上權50年招標案，訂於5月2日（星期五）舉辦招商座談會；預計103年5月正式公告招商，市場估計權利金底價，上看百億元。

本周2日預計登場「台北市信義區福德段二小段320-1地號等4筆市有土地設定地上權案」廣慈博愛園區招商座談會；此次招商的標的為商業用地，採設定地上權50年條件開發，允許投資人開發為觀光旅館、商辦、商場等，但不能做住宅；大樓設計必須連通捷運信義線東延段R03車站，估計權利金要100億元的規模。

至於社福設施、公營宅，今年為設計階段，規畫最快明年動工。都市計畫使用分區為第三種商業區（特），建蔽率60％、容積率442％。

另一塊眾所矚目的台北市議會舊址開發案，則預計於今年7月公告招商。 (新聞來源：工商時報─記者蔡惠芳／台北報導)
