分析師Zervos：美股股價並未高估 投資人宜於下跌時買進

美國股市4月走勢震盪，有分析師預期將再回檔5%至10%。但Jefferies公司首席分析師周佛斯(David Zervos)說，美國股價並未高估，投資人應於下跌時買進。

「股市中許多價格預估，均未考慮央行推出的特別貨幣政策，」他解釋說道。

周佛斯稱，量化寬鬆(QE)是史上最好的貨幣政策實驗，他認為Fed仍在告訴投資人「去承受一些風險。」

周佛斯並未太擔憂減碼購債。他認為這只是由寬鬆政策，改變為實際創造成長的政策。

「自金融危機以來，美國經濟已大幅改善，」他指出。「投資人將願意承受大量風險，這些風險將開始創造實質報酬率。」

周佛斯指出，唯一可能的差錯，就是Fed的QE退場太快。

Fed今日將結束為期二天的會議，分析師預期，主要利率將維持不變。關於新任Fed主席，周佛斯為葉倫第一次記者會的表現，打了C-。他說，「伯南克在啟動QE政策時，未做好溝通，與市場溝通本來就不容易。」這是一個學習的過程，周佛斯說。他認為葉倫將會持續伯南克的鴿派立場。
