日本自民黨副總裁將來訪 陸外交部：歡迎

大陸外交部今天對日本自民黨副總裁高村正彥將訪陸一事表示，「歡迎包括朝野政黨在內的日本各界人士為中日關系改善發揮積極作用」。

　　中國大陸外交部下午舉行記者會，有媒體提問，日本東京都知事舛添要一日前訪陸，自民黨副總裁高村正彥也將來中國大陸訪問，這是否意味著中日關係開始轉圜？大陸外交部發言人秦剛作以上表示。

　　秦剛說，「中方對改善和發展中日關係的立場是一貫和明確的。我們敦促日方恪守在中日四個政治文件中作出的承諾，以實際行動消除兩國關係發展面臨的嚴重政治障礙，為中日關係回歸正確發展軌道作出努力。」

　　他說，「我們歡迎包括朝野政黨在內的日本各界人士為中日關係改善發揮積極作用。」

　　綜合媒體報導，日本首相安倍晉三28日在官邸與即將訪陸的高村正彥會談，指示轉達希望恢復旨在擴大雙邊共同利益的「戰略互惠關係」的意向。

安倍還表示：「日中關係十分重要。希望你與（中方）政要切實開展會談。」
