教師夫妻教學27年 特優一起拿

天母國小教師羅文杰、徐美雲皆獲選今年北市特殊優良教師，是校內第一對「特優夫妻檔」。兩人從學生時代就是班對，教學至今已27年，不但常協助弱勢生，也自掏腰包為學生買科展教材，培養他們對讀書、做實驗的興趣。

羅文杰是自然科教師，連續10多年帶學生參加科展比賽。他除利用假日、課後時間訓練學生做實驗，也常常到各地工廠，請廠商打模、幫學生做專屬的實驗器材，已投入2、300萬元的積蓄。

徐美雲20多年來皆擔任班導師，照顧低年級學生。由於她帶孩子很有一套，家長也放心將學習、情緒障礙的孩子交給她。

她曾經教過一名自閉症、中度智能障礙的學生，剛入學時狀況不太好，認識注音符號有困難，課堂間還會在地上打滾、不願上課。

了解學生家庭、成長狀況後，徐美雲特別將他的座位安排在導師桌旁，時時觀察他的學習情況，每天握著他的手教他寫作業，甚至幫他處理失禁的大小便。

後來這名學生進步許多，畢業多年後還獨自搭公車從新北市泰山到天母國小探望徐美雲。
