船難政府應變差 朴槿惠道歉

南韓總統朴槿惠29日在青瓦台主持國務會議時，就「歲月號」船難事件表示，政府沒能有效預防事故的發生，事發後的應變能力和善後措施也不完善，她為此向全國人民致歉。

朴槿惠表示，「本次事故造成許多年輕生命的逝去，代價高昂，我對國民深感愧疚，心情很沉重」，並向罹難者家屬說，「對該事故中的罹難者深表哀悼，對於失去親友而感到巨大傷痛的生者，致上最誠摯的慰問」。

朴槿惠當天上午前往京畿道安山市花郎遊樂園內的集體靈堂，向「歲月號」客輪罹難者獻花弔唁，並慰問罹難者家屬，不過部分家屬對她怒吼，要求她對該事故道歉。她在靈堂待了10分鐘左右，聆聽家屬意見後離開。

南韓事故對策本部同日在珍島郡政府舉行記者會表示，至今罹難人數增至205人，尚有97人下落不明。「歲月號」共載有476名乘客，包括安山市檀園高中325名學生及14名教師。

同一天，北韓下午2時開始，在朝鮮半島西部海界「北方限界線」以北進行火炮實彈射擊演習，10分鐘左右發射約50枚大炮炮彈。根據南韓國防部聲明，演習過程並無炮彈落在界線以南海域；顯示這次演習可望和平落幕。

北韓3月31日也在同一海域進行類似演習，當時有若干炮彈落入南韓海域，導致南韓發射炮彈回擊。這次再度演習，可能與美國總統歐巴馬日前訪問南韓有關。北韓宣稱，歐巴馬訪問南韓是「挑釁」
