國合會訪薩 評估推動技合轉型

（中央社台北2014年4月29日電）國際合作發展基金會「推動技術合作轉型」評估任務團於當地時間21至25日訪問薩爾瓦多，評估「加強中美洲農牧保健組織（OIRSA）轄區柑橘黃龍病防治及落實病蟲害綜合管理計畫」執行情形。

評估團分別訪談駐薩國計畫經理、技師、薩國農試所（CENTA）及OIRSA技師、相關利害關係人等，並就本計畫拜會OIRSA代理執行長阿拉岡（Edwin Aragon）、計畫處長穆尼奧斯（Benjamin Munoz）、計畫管理室主任古提瑞茲（Vladimir Gutierrez）、薩農牧部國際合作司司長曼西亞（Patricia Alfaro Mancia）、CENTA計畫執行人賈西亞（Mario Garcia）等人，聽取執行情形及改進建議與意見。

評估團主要由國合會研考發展考核室計畫經理許君禪及黃一中所組成。
