宏達電財務長 傳王文淵代理

（中央社台北28日電）彭博報導，知情人士透露，台灣智慧型手機製造大廠宏達電任命王文淵代理財務長。

由於人事案尚未公開而要求匿名的消息人士透露，在現任財務長張嘉臨更加聚焦全球業務銷售總經理職務下，王文淵獲拔擢為代理財務長。根據宏達電年報，王文淵前職銜為財務會計處副總經理。

營收連10季衰退的宏達電過去3年來，至少折損6名資深經理人，其中包括公關部門主管黃文采在去年10月加入公司4個月後，宣布去職。近來人事地震則有首席設計師克羅(Scott Croyle)去職，以及網羅前三星電子美國行動行銷主管高登（Paul Golden）出任董事長王雪紅的顧問。

宏達電婉拒對王文淵人事案置評。

張嘉臨曾任高盛集團（Goldman Sachs Group Inc.）董事總經理，2012年4月出任宏達電財務長一職，去年12月兼任全球業務總經理。

根據宏達電去年公布的2012年年報，王文淵擁有東海大學企管碩士，曾任和通國際副總。根據LinkedIn檔案，王文淵自2006年12月加入宏達電迄今，之前曾任職中華開發工業銀行。（譯者：中央社劉淑琴）1030428
