《交通》微笑單車第三責任險保費，北市希望捷安特負擔

【時報-台北電】北市交通局正在和產險公會研究Youbike第三責任險方案，市府發言人張其強表示，市府的立場是希望保費由業者、捷安特負擔，並希望將來受傷者、損害賠償的請求人，可以直接向保險公司申請領取理賠金額。

他也說，交通局持續和產險公會交涉中，最終方案2、3個月內可出爐。(新聞來源：中時即時 陳芃)
