護樹人抗議 郝龍斌：移樹計畫沒問題

不滿遠雄大巨蛋工程移樹作業的護樹人士，昨天到市議會大門要向市長郝龍斌抗議。他受訪時說，移樹計畫沒有問題，符合程序也聽取專業意見，最主要是目前是移樹最適合、存活率最高，才須現在進行移樹。

遠雄集團在松山菸廠進行遠雄大巨蛋工程，要移植忠孝東路、光復南路87棵行道樹，遭當地居民、護樹團體強烈抗議，還「上樹」護樹。

10多名護樹人士昨天上午趁郝龍斌赴市議會專案報告時，持標語在市議會大門口要向郝抗議；郝仍率官員從抗議民眾面前經過，在隨行官員及議會駐警隔離民眾下，直接進入議場，雙方無對話。

郝龍斌稍後受訪時說，大巨蛋工程移樹其實沒問題，因為配合道路拓寬必須移樹，且都移到適當地點，並請兩位台大教授確保照顧好這些樹。整個移樹過程都在標準程序、保證存活的前提下做的。

至於為何採取一次斷根、立即移植？郝龍斌說，事先徵詢兩位台大教授專業意見，最主要是目前的季節正是移樹最好時間，存活率才高。畢竟移樹就是希望大樹繼續存活，且日後工程完工，光復南路、忠孝東路也會再栽種大樹。
