【時報記者王逸芯台北報導】外資「格勞克斯」(Glaucus)出具研究報告直指F-再生 (1337) 包括資本支出在內等財報5大項目均有浮報之虞，F-再生董事長丁金造親征，公司三度滅火，股價仍不領情，連殺四根跌停，今日再度以64.9元跳空跌停鎖住，對此，元富投顧總經理劉坤錫表示，今盤面F個股已回歸正常軌道，以個股股價表現為主，F-再生遭空方禿鷹襲擊事件，應以單一事件看待。

劉坤錫分析指出，F-再生連殺四根跌停，主要原因就是在於投資人對其所揭露的財報仍保有相當疑慮，後續F-再生的最重要關鍵在於公司該如何找回投資人的「信賴感」。

劉坤錫進一步表示，今日盤面上F個股表現已經逐漸回歸在正常軌道，以個股表現為主，股價不在一面倒，認為此F-再生遭空方禿鷹襲擊事件，應以單一事件看待；對於未來台灣F股的承銷機制，也相信主管機關會更為謹慎。
