塑膠廠排臭廢氣 責令停工

（中央社記者邱俊欽桃園2014年4月3日電）桃園縣觀音鄉一家從事塑膠製品工廠，疑似在塑膠熱融過程中產生臭味，影響附近空氣品質，遭環保局開罰，並責令停工。

桃園縣政府環保局今天表示，設於觀音鄉富源村的一家工廠，被附近民眾檢舉排放廢氣臭味，經環保人員前往稽查後，發現這家公司雖領有工廠登記證，但卻未取得固定污染源操作許可證。

環保局表示，工廠涉及在處理塑膠熱融過程中，產生廢氣臭味，影響附近空氣品質，依違反空氣污染防制法裁罰新台幣10萬元，並責令立即停工，在未取得許可前不得繼續操作。

對於未經合法登記或許可者的工廠，環保局表示，一經查獲偷排廢氣，會在設備電源起動鈕加貼封條，必要時派員駐廠查核，杜絕非法工廠逍遙法外。

環保局強調，凡被處以停工或停業的工廠，都會派員加強巡查監控，也呼籲民眾協助就近監視通報。
