闖紅燈肇事 救護車司機起訴

洪姓救護車司機欲到醫院執行接送病人任務，途經旱溪西路與精武路口時，闖紅燈撞傷騎機車戴耳機聽音樂分心的男子「阿育」，致被害人頭部、左臀受傷，台中地檢署昨依過失傷害罪起訴洪男。

台中市警局交通大隊表示，汽車駕駛或機車騎士，開車騎車撥接手機，滑手機都有罰則可罰。但機車騎士騎車時，戴耳機聽音樂，目前都無罰責可處罰，只能呼籲騎士，騎車時最好不要戴耳機聽音樂，避免因聽不到外界聲音而發生危險。

起訴書指出，昱晏救護車司機洪男（30歲），於101年10月17日，沿路播放蜂鳴器並閃燈，駕駛救護車行經旱溪西路、精武路口。雖然救護車執行任務時，得以闖越紅燈，但仍應減速慢行及注意有無來往車輛，始得通過，因「阿育」載耳機聽音樂，通過路口時，遭洪的救護車撞到因此受傷。
