智利海嘯抵日 最高達40公分

智利附近發生的海嘯，今天清晨抵達日本列島，東北地區的岩手縣的海嘯高度為40公分。

日本氣象廳台北時間在凌晨2點半召開緊急記者會，地震海嘯監視課長長谷川洋平在會上宣布，由於夏威夷觀測到的海嘯高度只是預測中的一半，因此，這一次海嘯對於日本九州和沖繩地區沒有影響，北海道和東北地區的太平洋沿岸會有一定的影響。氣象廳對北海道到關東地區發出了海嘯注意警報。

根據氣象廳的觀察，智利海嘯第一波抵達東北地區岩手縣的久慈港的時間是台北時間清晨5點52分，高度20公分。在6時38分時，海嘯高度達到40公分。北海道的根室市的高度為10公分。
