盜採13株蛇木 一家3口全落網

花蓮吉安警分局水源和吉安派出所員警，4月1日下午在慈雲路附近的產業道路，查獲一家3口非法盜採「蛇木」，警方在他們開的貨車起出「蛇木」共13株，初估價值約10萬元，全案依竊盜罪移送偵辦，這也是吉安地區3年來查獲最大宗的盜採蛇木案。

員警盤查3名竊嫌的身分後，發現他們原來是父母、兒子一家人。邱姓男竊嫌說，因最近想利用「蛇木」種植山蘇，所以才帶著一家人上山砍下「蛇木」。

據了解，竊嫌家境清寒，平日靠打臨工維生，經濟並不穩定，對於這次盜採被警方查獲，有可能面臨拘役或易科罰金等刑責。
