張慶忠稱肚子痛進廁所 主席換人當

國民黨籍內政委員會召委張慶忠，下午安排審查公職人員選舉罷免法及政治獻金法部分條文修正案，但民進黨立委陳其邁、姚文智等人不滿張慶忠處理服貿協議程序，質疑他擔任召委公正性、適格性，反對他續任召委排審法案，並要求應先針對「30秒」爭議對內政委員會成員表達歉意、辭掉召委。

張慶忠隨即表示「身體不適」，同意姚文智建議，由國民黨立委邱文彥代理會議主席。他並補充說，「我肚子痛，去上廁所」。不過他進廁所後，10多分鐘後才出來。張慶忠表示，「大家都很體貼我，知道我今天身體不適」。

張慶忠會前受訪談到服貿協議「擇期再審」時說，春雨快來了，大家心情會比較平靜，到時候坐下來談，會有「新的氣象」。
