不顧女友體虛　色男想硬上判2年

新竹縣1名37歲黃姓工程師，2012年12月間帶著王姓女友及其幼兒出遊，期間2人吃飯還飲酒助興，餐後到汽車旅館休息。黃男酒後性慾高漲，頻頻向王女求歡，但她以才墮胎月餘身體不適，且兒子還睡在旁邊，拒絕對方求愛。

未料，黃男不死心，趁著半夜王女熟睡之際，竟脫去對方衣褲，撫摸其下體，甚至指姦下體，女子驚醒重申才剛墮胎，且兒子睡旁邊婉拒對方。豈料，黃男企圖霸王硬上弓，王女準備脫逃打電話報警，結果遭其暴力相向，造成頭、手挫傷，由於女子堅決抵抗，黃男才未得逞。隔日她不堪受辱報警處理。

黃男坦承犯行，表示自已未控制衝動，才鑄成大錯。新竹地院法官認，黃男酒後性慾高漲，且當時他與被害女是男女朋友關係，且曾發生性關係，自認對方不會排斥嘿咻， 才一時失慮犯錯，犯後他已與被害女和解，賠償對方，也獲被害女原諒，因此依乘機性交罪判2年，緩刑4年，期間保護管束。（楊勝裕／新竹報導）
