停擺近20 年的正義國宅，自去（2013）年有條件通過「都市設計審議」後，今年總算順利開工。負責該案的建商指出，未來將規劃30~150坪住宅，並以120坪為主力坪數來銷售，至於外界最關心的房價，建商則低調表示，未來每坪將上看180～200萬元。對照周邊每坪80～90萬的中古屋房價，正義國宅價格足足翻了2倍以上。

歷經多年紛擾，正義國宅都更案總算在日前舉行動土典禮，不僅住戶樂觀其成，連台北市長郝龍斌也大讚這是新的都更指標。據蘋果日報報導，正義國宅將規劃為規劃地下7層、地上31層的住商混和大樓，其中地上1～4層規劃為商場，5～31層則為住宅，共計160戶。

此外，龍聯機構總經理盧玉麟也表示，目前坪數規劃為30～60坪及100～150坪，預估總銷達金額達300～400億元。至於每坪房價開價多少？龍麟建設董事長葉松年表示，未來每坪將上看150～190萬元，甚至有機會站上200萬大關。對照周邊每坪80～90萬的中古屋房價，正義國宅甚至貴了2倍以上，在歷經18年以上的紛擾後，翻新後的房價總算是媳婦熬成婆。
