花縣環保局監測華紙廠飄異味

（中央社記者李先鳳花蓮縣2014年4月1日電）花蓮縣環保局長饒忠今天說，為改善中華紙漿廠異味污染問題，購置周界及煙道異味採樣儀器，即時採樣，確保花蓮空氣品質。

位於花蓮縣吉安鄉光華工業區的中華紙漿廠，不時飄出異味，長久以來受到花蓮地區民眾關切。

花蓮縣環保局日前針對轄內重大或屢遭民眾陳情的工業區內、外污染源，展開輔導評鑑，也包括中華紙漿廠。

饒忠表示，對於中華紙漿廠的異味排放問題極為重視，去年於夜間查核管線老舊問題，今年初辦理輔導評鑑與減量協談，同時將北區環保派出所設置在光華水資源中心，就近監督。

此外，購置周界及煙道異味採樣儀器，針對中華紙漿廠產生異味時即時採樣，可加速異味改善作業。

饒忠說，邀請多位專家學者組成輔導評鑑小組，對中華紙漿廠的現況及缺失改善對策提出建議，並要求廠商落實自主管理，未來將針對相關建議及業者進行追蹤。
