國防部說明役男服役大塞車

國防部下午臨時舉行記者會，就報載新訓基地不足，役男服役大塞車提出說明，訓次室軍事訓練處處長李兆明以圖表說明，指因學制關係每年6至10月是應屆畢業潮，役男集中在下半年入伍導致，將適時調控梯次徵集計畫，應屆畢業徵服常備兵之役男，並預定最遲12月前入伍完畢。
