買權證 先弄懂遊戲規則

台灣證交所券商輔導部近期接獲投資人檢舉，A權證在標的股票價格前一日收盤價與當日開盤價一致情況下，該檔權證當日券商申報委買價格卻不能與前一日權證收盤價一致，顯見券商造市不力。

經了解後發現，券商前一日最後一筆申報權證委買價格，係依據標的股票13時25分之價位進行報價，而非收盤價，且收盤價係由集合競價產生，可能會發生權證收盤價與標的股票收盤價無法趨於一致現象。

本案前一日13時25分標的股票價格292元，券商據以申報A權證委買價為0.32元，但標的股票13時30分收盤價卻收290元，而權證收盤成交價為0.33元，產生標的股票收低價、而權證收高價之背離現象。投資人因此誤解標的股票價格不變，權證報價卻偏低之現象是券商造市不力所致。

台灣證交所提醒投資人，權證係衍生性商品，其特性及交易規則與一般股票有別，投資人買賣前宜充分了解，避免誤解而產生不必要之糾紛。
