怒谷歌刪照慢 女星聯合求償

據美國媒體報導，有十幾位被駭客公布不雅照的好萊塢女星，因為不滿搜尋引擎「Google」，沒有及時將她們的不雅照，從搜尋引擎圖片庫中刪除，將聯合透過律師，要向Google求償一億美元，合台幣將近三十億五千萬元的高價賠償金。

這些女星們，共同委任知名的好萊塢律師「辛爾」，向Google提出訴訟。「辛爾」曾經幫多名好萊塢藝人打過官司，頗受好萊塢藝人們的信賴。

這些女星並且發了一封聯名信，刊登在美國最大的影藝新聞網站「TMZ」上。信中寫道，Google明知這些照片、影片，是駭客用不法手段取得的，侵犯了當事人的隱私權，但卻幾乎沒有採取行動，去立刻刪除那些不雅照。

辛爾說，他曾經在一個月前，要求Google刪除這些不雅照與影片，但這些照片在一個多月後，還是能在Google所屬的網站上看到。

而Google發言人則是回應說，他們在收到請求後幾個小時，就已經移除了上萬張照片，也關閉了上百個帳號。Google強調，網路有很多用處，但「偷別人的私人照片」，絕對不是網路應有的用途。
