: "會做到不能做了才退休" (吸血吸到最後一刻??) : 如果一間企業最後"十年"都讓你閒閒地擺老養老 看起來似乎挺不錯的 : 但是公司養了一批50出頭的員工拿著退休當藉口 要年輕人好好磨練 所以工作都是你的 : 因為這個單位未來就是你的 還好吧 年輕時付出 年老後收成 看行政類別也一樣阿 2X的年輕女助理 工作能力>>後台阿姨 可是薪水可能只有他的一半 但如果公司穩定 長長久久 那塊餅就畫在那 代表說等你4.50 就算卡不到高階leader 至少掛個資深工程師 薪水多 開會少 閒閒的等退休 一間公司如果5-60歲的都很熱血很拼 那才可怕吧 你2X歲進去 看到這些老頭跟你一起拼 豈不是代表自己5-60還要這樣拼下去? 想到就糟糕了 年紀大 體力判斷力等等都會衰退 還要再熱血拼命下去 到時等著被年輕人取代 正好回家吃自己... -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 36.227.109.35 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Tech_Job/M.1412003937.A.16A.html
