桃園民代要求官員拒炒地皮聲明 被拒

民進黨桃園縣黨部主委桃園縣議員陳賴素美今天在縣政總質詢時，她已要求民進黨籍簽署反貪污聲明，但已有縣府官員利用職務，涉及炒地皮，她要求包括縣長吳志揚在內的所有列席縣府官員簽署反炒地皮聲明。

陳賴素美這項要求，遭到吳志揚嚴詞拒絕，吳志揚表示，官員就職時已有宣誓，只要違背誓言，就是違反法律，而受到制裁，縣府人員不為政黨而是為縣民服務，他尊重議員的作法，也認同反貪污等內容，但他及縣府官員不必配合簽署。

陳賴素美指出，是否因心虛而不願簽署，吳志揚答覆，「這是污蔑我不以為然」。
