消費不振 歐元區通膨率創新低

（中央社記者江今葉布魯塞爾2014年9月30日專電）歐洲聯盟統計局今天公布最新統計數據顯示，歐元區9月份通貨膨脹率降至0.3%，創2009年10月以來新低，顯示消費仍然不振，經濟前景堪慮。

歐盟統計局（Eurostat）今天公布歐盟28國與歐元區18國通貨膨脹率與失業率的統計數據。

統計數據顯示，歐元區通貨膨脹率和去年同期相比，僅增加0.3%，低於8月份的0.4%，更是創下2009年10月以來的新低，且歐元區通貨膨脹率已連續12個月低於1%。

歐洲央行（ECB）原先設定通貨膨脹率目標是2%，為刺激經濟，歐洲央行9月初曾宣布寬鬆貨幣政策，並下調基準利率至0.05%，盼刺激經濟成長，拉高通貨膨脹率。不過從今天公布的數據，歐洲經濟持續低迷。

此外，歐元區8月份失業率為11.5%，與7月份相同，但比去年同期的12%略降；歐盟8月份失業率為10.1%，則是2012年2月以來新低。

至於個別國家方面，失業率最低的是奧地利4.7%，其次德國4.8%；失業率最高仍是希臘，其次是西班牙。
