請推薦195/60R16 CP值高的輪胎

小弟的原廠胎是普利司通的B250 195/60R16，已經開了40000KM而且磨得差不多了，最近有想考慮換胎，因為工作的關係1年約要開30000KM，60%高速(不是高速公路只是行駛速度較快而已)40%市區，有時也會大腳一下，操控、省油、耐磨為前提，稍微吵點沒關係，預算3000左右，目前有考慮T001、MS800、KR30、595EVO和CP1這五條胎，請問這五條胎那條會比較好用？請問還有那些不錯的輪胎可以推薦一下？
另外原廠的鋁圈6.5J可以裝205/55R16的輪胎嗎？(195/60R16的胎真的很難找)如果換成15吋的鋁圈是不是會比較省油或是以後換輪胎會比較好找？
