男出沒市場 當三隻手被逮

以打零工為生的陳姓前科男子，利用市場擁擠時下手行竊，遇到警方盤查，趁機丟棄偷來的錢包，被旁邊民眾發現，逮個正著。

台南市警局第三分局今天指出，警方接獲報案指稱，台南市安南區怡安路果菜市場有人偷取民眾皮包，立刻趕往調查。民眾檢舉說，扒手利用民眾搶購毛巾時下手。

警方根據民眾描述扒手特徵，發現有竊盜、公共危險等前科的陳男符合，且形跡可疑，馬上盤查；陳男則趁機將偷來的錢包丟在地下，被一旁眼尖的民眾發現，逮個正著。

警方調查，陳男經濟狀況不佳，常在市場出沒當三隻手。警方訊後送辦。
