《國際產業》飛利浦LED、汽車照明部門，擬整併獨立

【時報-外電報導】荷蘭照明及醫療保健企業飛利浦（Philips）周一宣布，將把旗下的LED製造商Lumileds與汽車照明部門整併獨立為一家子公司，飛利浦照明部門仍將是這家子公司的關鍵客戶，但會尋求第三方投資者。

兩部門的整併獨立案預計於明年上半年完成，將由Lumileds執行長雷沙切爾（Pierre-Yves Lesaicherre）出任掌舵，預期在今年下半年將耗費飛利浦約3000萬歐元的成本。

飛利浦執行長萬豪敦（Frans van Houten）表示，將兩者合併獨立為子公司，將擁有更大的靈活性，吸引投資者及客戶，加速公司成長及規模提升。
