苗栗回收廠失火 將撤查執照

（中央社記者管瑞平苗栗縣29日電）苗栗縣後龍鎮1家資源回收廠今天傳出火警，對面就是加油站，縣長劉政鴻趕往關切，當場指示清查如果沒執照就要業者撤離。

苗栗縣消防局上午10時接獲通報，後龍鎮台13甲線旁的資源回收廠傳出火警，隨即通報後龍、苗栗、頭屋等分隊前往，現場大火引發濃煙竄升高達5、6層樓，馬路對面又有一間加油站，擔心災情擴大，消防隊員趕緊拉出水線灌救。

苗栗縣長劉政鴻得知，跑完行程直接前往查看，附近居民立刻上前反映，這家資源回收廠已經燒第2次，讓住戶「心驚膽顫」，劉政鴻確定火勢獲得控制，隨即打電話給環保局長，要求清查起火的回收廠，如果沒有執照就「要業者撤走，不容許它設立」。

儘管資源回收廠業者指出，起火原因是隔壁檳榔攤燃燒廢棄物所導致，不過加油站業者卻表示，看到回收廠員工亂丟菸蒂，懷疑因此引發火警，當時還嚇得「不敢幫客人加油」。

遭到燒毀的大多是塑膠材質，冒出惡臭難聞的黑煙，居民紛紛抱怨、走避；消防隊員約1個多小時後將火勢完全撲滅，至於起火原因還有待進一步鑑定。1030629
