外籍白領在台工作鬆綁 薪資不設限 【聯合晚報╱記者陳素玲/台北報導】 2014.06.29 03:11 pm 行政院再鬆綁外籍白領在台工作! 行政院日前核定國發會提出的「強化優秀僑外生留台工 作行動計畫」，7月1日起生效，新制打破原本勞動部擬訂的僑外生在台工作薪資下限3萬 7619元，改採「評點配額」機制審核，以學經歷、薪資、專業能力等8項指標計點，其中 薪資部分不再設限，但未達3萬1520元將不計分。第一年試行配額2000人，明年試執行狀 況檢討。 外籍白領在台工作標準，原本薪資下限為4萬7971元，國發會(前經建會)認為不利延攬外 籍白領，一直推動鬆綁，勞動部2年前針對僑外生放寬，薪資下限調降為3萬7619元，但是 國發會仍認為以薪資為唯一條件，標準過苛，要求再鬆綁。 行政院日前核定國發會提出之「強化優秀僑外生留臺工作行動計畫」，7月1日起，來台留 學的僑生及外籍生，畢業後若要留在台灣工作，除薪資水準外，將參考世界主要國家採行 的「評點配額」機制，改採計學經歷、薪資水準、語言能力、特殊專長以及配合政府產業 政策等「多元審查」標準，由擬聘僱企業代為向勞動部申請「評點配額」方式，核發留臺 工作許可。 http://udn.com/NEWS/LIFE/LIF6/8771920.shtml ---- 該來的果然還是來了,到底有誰能夠制衡這個垃圾政府啊? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 220.139.213.172 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Salary/M.1404032496.A.856.html
