放寬團客人數…卡關

旅行社業者希望政府增加來台大陸團客人數的期望恐落空。

受立法院尚未審查兩岸協議監督條例影響，寫在「海峽兩岸關於大陸居民赴台灣旅遊協議」之中的陸客平均每天來台團客人數，在條例未完成審查前，今年將無法增加。

因團客人數無法增加，交通部官員擔心如果增加自由行人數，恐會有大陸團客以申請自由行的方式來台從事團體旅遊，占了自由行的額度，也會造成稽查困擾，因此，今年內也無意再增加自由行人數，維持一天人數上限4,000人。

據了解，現在陸客團平均每天來台的人數逼近上限（現一天至多5,000人），旅行社一再希望觀光局可再放寬人數限制，但現在兩岸協議監督條例未過，即使交通部有意增加也無法與大陸協商。
