常服安眠藥 導致眼睛跳

（中央社記者楊明珠東京2014年6月29日專電）日本「讀賣新聞」報導，根據日本神經、眼科等專科醫師調查，長期服用安眠藥和抗焦慮藥物，腦中央的丘腦會過度興奮，引發眼瞼痙攣，出現眼皮痙攣、眼睛畏光、疼痛等症狀。

位於靜岡縣三島市的三島綜合醫院眼科部長鈴木幸久及東京醫科齒科大學臨床教授清澤源弘等人，從11年前開始進行調查。

研究團隊以因失眠症等長期服用苯二氮泮類安眠鎮靜劑（Benzodiazepine，BZD)或類似的安眠藥、抗焦慮藥等導致眼瞼痙攣的患者21人（服藥期平均約4年）為對象進行調查。請這些人在服藥2週以上，中斷服藥，再以正子斷層掃瞄法（PET）調查腦的活性度。

結果得知，服藥中發病者的丘腦的活動比健康者更激烈。研究團隊研判，服藥中的患者受到藥物的影響，抑制丘腦神經細胞興奮的功能鈍化，變得神經過敏，才導致出現眼瞼痙攣的症狀。

這項研究成果發表於有關腦研究的國際學術雜誌電子版。
