台中：劉姓男子去年透過房屋仲介公司，以1500萬元購買台中市1棟房屋，事後經鄰居告知所買為凶宅，曾有前住戶在裡面上吊身亡。劉男向法院提告，賣方邵男雖辯稱，原住戶是在送醫途中死亡，但法院查出邵男故意隱瞞凶宅訊息，判邵男須退還375萬元給劉男。
