三星S4電池問題很大！以色列發生最少20件起火事故

三星電子(Samsung Electronics)前一代旗鑑智慧手機「Galaxy S4」於去年4月開賣後，就交出亮眼的銷售成績，開賣不到一個月時間、全球銷售量就突破千萬支大關，惟在S4熱銷的同時，卻也陸續傳出爆炸事件，爆炸原因雖部分歸咎於電池，惟始終未能獲得三星端的証實，而現在三星S4電池在以色列又傳出起火事件，顯示S4電池似乎存有重大問題。

Thomson Reuters 24日報導，以色列電訊商Scailex Corporation於23日宣布，該公司進口至以色列販售的三星S4電池發生問題。Scailex指出，自2013年Q3起就陸續接獲顧客反應S4電池有問題，而該公司目前正和三星進行緊密聯繫，且發生問題的產品都是2014年1月以前生產的S4。

報導指出，根據以色列主流媒體Yedioth Ahronoth指出，目前在以色列國內已發生數千件S4電池膨脹問題，電池起火事故則最少有20起。據報導，關於以色列發生的S4電池問題，三星發出聲明表示，目前仍無法證實電池膨脹是造成起火事故的原因，而為了方便顧客，三星自2013年10月起已對膨脹的電池進行免費更換措施。
