博弈合法化 日本拚今秋過關

（中央社台北2014年6月25日電）彭博報導，日本首相安倍晉三（Shinzo Abe）表示，他所屬的自民黨將尋求在下次國會會期立法，讓開設賭場合法化。日本將於2020年舉辦奧運，日本希望將賭博合法化，以刺激觀光。

59歲的安倍昨天在東京首相官邸接受專訪指出：「複合式休閒娛樂中心將為觀光、區域經濟與產業注入強心針，將成為日本成長策略的重要支柱。」

安倍就任首相已有18個月時間，安倍已發射「安倍經濟學」三支利箭中的二支箭，亦即財政刺激措施與空前的貨幣寬鬆措施，目的在終止通縮困境。安倍連番出招已收立竿見影之效，去年日圓匯率重摔，日股狂飆51%，然而隨著4月銷售稅上調，日本復甦頓失力道，本季還恐出現經濟萎縮。

日本內閣府昨天通過安倍最新成長策略，亦即第三支箭，將放行複合式休閒娛樂中心開設賭場，藉此促進觀光。

拉斯維加斯金沙集團（Las Vegas Sands Corp.）和美高梅國際度假集團（MGM Resorts International）等博弈業者也爭相考慮砸下數十億美元投資日本賭場，日本有望成為澳門之後的亞洲第2大博奕市場。（譯者：中央社趙蔚蘭）
