台中市一名男子向《蘋果》投訴，表示臉書好友「金愛張」日前與暱稱「蝴蝶飛」的女友人前往墾丁旅遊，「金愛張」本月13日在臉書貼出一段名為「蝴蝶飛你也開卡慢a辣」的影片，內容拍攝汽車的儀表版，只見車速一路飆至時速210多公里。投訴人痛批該名駕駛人為了炫耀，不惜開快車，不管他人死活，已構成危險駕駛。

該段影片長約30秒，儀表版指針為英里制，但有數字換算成公里，研判應是進口車，影片從時速160多公里開始拍攝，短短20幾秒就飆至210多公里，但無法辨別行駛的路段以及駕駛人。

台中市警局第四分局交通組長游啟明表示，《道路交通管理處罰條例》第43條規定，行車速度超過規定之最高時速60公里，可處6千元至2萬4千元罰鍰，時速210公里可處以最高的2萬4千元罰鍰，但必須以檢驗合格的儀器測出時速才能開罰，警察機關無法單憑儀表版畫面就開出罰單。（鮮明／台中報導）
