請教脫臭機 跟 空氣清淨(新)機 之差異

請問各位，在日本有看到Fujitsu的脫臭機，跟A4差不多大小，又很輕，想扛一台回台灣。

目的是想去鄰居的煙味或是放公司去殺蟲劑的味道，或是放小朋友房間。

但，不太懂脫臭機跟台灣常見的空氣清淨(新)機，如Sharp，到底有什麼不一樣?

目前是看到Fujitsu的不用換濾網，只需洗。

不知有沒有3C達人可以協助解答。
