PTT鄉民好，女友日前找了個工讀工作，剛開始沒什麼問題 薪水也說好115/hr，日後表現好會再加薪，但好景不長 工作後沒幾天僱主卻拿一張合約要她簽名，比較重要的大概就是 1. 工作未滿XX小時卻離職，薪水要扣XX% 2. 工作前 XX 小時，薪水是XXX(低於勞基法規定) 3. 沒有勞健保 女友也傻傻的簽了 我一聽到就發覺不對，之前上課印象中只要違反勞基法，就算簽了合約也不算數 我已經叫她趕快找新的工作了，趕快離開這個鬼地方 但是離職時還未滿XX小時，想請教： 1) 光打卡記錄足夠聲張自己日後的權益嗎？因為也沒有保勞保,打卡&薪水記錄是否足夠? 2) 如果要拿回應得的薪水，需要走訴訟流程嗎？還是說只要有足夠的證據，勞工局可以 幫忙討回應有的薪水？ 3) 如果經勞工局申訴檢舉成功，我可以在PTT上公佈相關資訊嗎？ 還麻煩各位鄉民解答了，女友年紀輕輕要負擔家計，卻被這樣欺負，看了實在是很不忍心 謝謝! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 163.13.72.16 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Salary/M.1402922264.A.5C4.html
