醉男搭捷運 揮剪刀被逮

新北市陳姓男子今天上午8時戴著安全帽，在捷運永安市場站車廂內拿剪刀在胸前揮舞，乘客報案，永和中正橋派出所員警獲報，在頂溪站時，捷運第一節車廂內找到陳姓男子。當時他渾身酒味，警方將他帶回派出所，檢測他的酒測值為0.76毫克。

陳姓男子戴著全罩式安全帽搭捷運，模樣詭異。由於正值上班時間，引起不少乘客側目。他接受警方調查時，已清醒可以說話，表示身體不舒服想就醫，警方通知救護車到場，但他後來又表示不願就醫。

警方調查，38歲陳姓男子住新北市蘆洲，平常在小吃店打零工。他表示，昨晚在蘆洲住處附近的超商喝酒，醉倒路邊，民眾報案後，消防隊將他送到菜寮站附近的醫院就醫。

今天上午他出院，欲返回蘆洲住處，戴著安全帽搭捷運，從菜寮站坐車，睡過頭又轉錯車，一路坐到反方向的南勢角站。他從南勢角站往回坐，途中在永安市場站時，在車廂內拿出長達17公分的剪刀揮舞，引起乘客騷動報案，有人按下緊急通話鈕、有人打110報案。

捷運警察隊獲報通知轄區派出所，中正橋所警員到捷運頂溪站，找到陳姓男子。陳男表示，他拿剪刀出來是要剪指甲。據了解，他在三重區是酒醉路倒常客。
