熱戀送她房 分手要不回

李姓男子已婚，10年前婚外情和黃姓女子熱戀時，以總價750萬元買了二聖路一幢透天厝同居，房子登記在女方名下。後來兩人感情生變，李男去年提告討房，表示當年是「借名登記」在黃女名下，法官查證後認定是贈與，判李男敗訴。

法官認定，李男雖然支付大部分買房錢，但既然是出於贈與的意思且黃女也接受，那兩人之間就不是借名登記契約。判李男敗訴，須遷出現居處將房子還給黃女。全案可以再上訴。
