羅瑩雪任內首簽　5死囚晚間6時42分同步槍決

法務部長羅瑩雪簽下上任以來首次死刑執行令，在29日晚間6時42分槍決5名死刑犯，其中包括戴文慶、杜明雄、杜明郎、劉炎國、鄧國樑，法務部事後對外召開記者會說明。

此次死刑執行令，其中包括戴文慶，他在花蓮外役監服刑時再犯下姦殺2名女計程車司機案件，晚間在花蓮監獄伏法；犯下溺死母子的天道盟的角頭鄧國樑，在台北看守所伏法；槍殺一名警員與婦人的槍擊要犯劉炎國，在台中監獄接受槍決；還有犯下台傷血案的杜氏兄弟杜明郎、杜明雄，在台南監獄槍決。
