掃黃前通報 巡佐疑收賄被逮

台南市警五分局張姓巡佐涉嫌向色情業者葉姓男子收賄，並通報臨檢訊息，前晚在住處前取款時，檢調將兩人逮個正著。檢察官訊後向法官聲請羈押張、葉，兩名按摩店員工交保候傳。

張姓巡佐與葉姓男子否認有收賄、行賄的不法行為，辯稱是借貸關係。市警五分局長賴昆明表示，如張遭羈押，將依規定向警局報請停職；若未被羈押，會依規定調離原職務。

台南地檢署檢察官周盟翔日前據報，張姓巡佐與轄區色情業者掛勾，收取賄賂，並通風報信讓業者免於被查獲有色情交易的行為。檢調人員獲知經營色情按摩店的葉姓男子都是直接拿錢到張的住處，並得知前晚10點，兩人約碰面，經埋伏多時，葉姓男子果真出現交付現金1萬元給張姓巡佐，當場逮捕兩人。

檢調及憲警人員再前往葉所經營的咖啡坊、休閒SPA搜索，查獲女子正與男客進行半套色情交易。檢調傳喚15人到案說明，其中兩名員工分別以10萬元、3萬元交保候傳；葉、張否認行、收賄，檢察官以兩人有串證之虞聲請羈押。
